The most famous London literary creation has to be Sherlock Holmes. There must surely be scores and scores of tourists that go on a pilgrimage to Baker Street to pay homage to the greatest ever detective. I have to confess to being a real Holmes buff, though stop short of adopting a derstalker like the Downliners Sect. There oddly seems to be a dearth of songs about the great man, but you can't beat Sparks'. The Dirtbombs do a fine cover though. So, here's Sparks and Sherlock Holmes ...
